Working with her trainer, Kay came up with the following conversion tables, so if you’re counting ounces of food, want to quickly know what that is in grams, which are then broken down by grams of protein, carbs, fat and calories, this is a handy conversion table for everyday meal planning.

It came about as Kay was picking the brain of her trainer (Connie) on how to bridge Weight Watchers to Body-for-Life to the program that Connie is recommending for Kay with respect to nutrition, exercise and nutritional supplements. One addition she plans on making to the table is equating each item below to Weight Watcher’s points. Enjoy.
